If you are not satisfied with the curriculum, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial enrollment. This guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a course or certification and not to recurring institutional renewals.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

To protect our intellectual property and instructional efforts, refunds will not be issued if:

  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day satisfaction window.
  • More than 25% of the course modules have been accessed or viewed.
  • Instructional materials, templates, or digital books have been downloaded from the platform.
  • The user has violated our Terms of Service or shared access with unauthorized third parties.

3. Transaction Disputes & Chargebacks

HyperHype Labs LLC is committed to resolving any billing issue directly. We encourage students to contact our coordination team before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Unwarranted chargebacks regarding digital education services will result in permanent loss of access to all current and future curriculum materials.
